EMRYS 💖💖

                  The English Association of 2022-24 has named it's team as EMRYS. The term means child of light. Our motto is BURN. SHINE. SPREAD. As a teacher we should enlighten students with knowledge just like removing darkness by spreading light. We are so much proud about our association as we done a letter writing competition as part of our association inauguration. And also announced an upcoming program which is a treasure hunt.

            As part of commemorating India's G20 presidency, college had conducted a rangoli making competition with the theme of G20. Navya and Lekshmi participated by representing our class and we won the first prize. There were a total of six teams participated and they all also did well 🎊🎉.

Social visit

 We visited Shalom special school at vattappara to know the special children and also to mingle with them. We got an opportunity to analyse the working of the school and how the parents and staff are taking effort for the welfare of those children. On behalf of our class we contributed some necessary stationary items for the children. We also saw around the school premises and, studied the infrastructure facilities too.

Conscientization

As part of our BEd curriculum, we have to do a conscientization programme to students. We a team of three decided to take the awareness program on the topic impact of social media on mental health. We prepared ppt and divided the portions equally for presentation. We took the session in 8th std.
